- - 500 g of fillet of a salmon
- - 100 g of tiger shrimps
- - 500 g of a seabass
- - 1 head of red onions
- - 1 lemon
- - pink and black sprinkling pepper
- - sea salt
- - olive oil
- - 200 g of cherry tomatoes
- - 150 g of mix from lettuce leaves of several grades
Instruction
1. Cut fillet of a salmon, tiger shrimps and a seabass on small pieces, previously having removed bones from fish. Squeeze out juice of a lemon. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
2. Lay out seafood in a deep bowl. Add a little olive oil, a pink and black sprinkling pepper, lemon juice, sea salt. Cut red onions rings and add to bowl contents. Here lay out cherry tomatoes. Carefully mix preparation and slightly strew with fennel seeds for aroma. Put mix from seafood in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
3. Lay out on a plate mix from lettuce leaves. From above spread out marinated seafood. Fill a dish with marinade which remained in a bowl. In addition water all ingredients with a small amount of olive oil.
