  • For roll:
  • - 500 g of a pork skin;
  • - 250 g of any mincemeat or meat;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper;
  • - spices.
  • For sauce:
  • - 500 ml of light not bitter beer;
  • - 2 tablespoons of mustard;
  • - 1 tablespoons of honey;
  • - 1 branch of rosemary;
  • - black sprinkling pepper.

Instruction

1. At first it is necessary to make sauce. For this purpose to mix beer with mustard in uniform consistence with other ingredients specified in a compounding. At will it is possible to add the favourite herbs.

2. Roll can be filled both with mincemeat, and meat. If meat undertakes, then it it is better to beat off or slice up to 1 cm thick a little. Meat or forcemeat mixes up with spices, I will merge also a black pepper.

3. Wash out a pork skin, to dry and level a little on a table. On a skin to lay out the cut meat or forcemeat.

4. To densely inwrap a pork skin with meat stuffing in roll, to connect hardly by a strong thread.

5. Lay out roll in a baking pan, water with beer sauce. Bake at 200 OS about 2 hours, saucing.

6. When roll prepares, to get it from an oven, to cool, remove a little threads and to slice not thick portion. Such roll is well combined with potato dishes and vegetable salads. It is also possible to give as separate snack in a cold or hot look.
