Mushroom kulechka - universal snack and for a holiday table, and for a family dinner. These kulechka can be given also as an independent dish, they turn out quite nourishing.

- - puff pastry - 1 packing;
- - dry mushrooms - 200 g;
- - cheese - 100 g;
- - two eggs;
- - potatoes - 5 pieces;
- - two bulbs;
- - parsley bunch;
- - pepper - on the fan.
Instruction
1. Wet mushrooms, boil thoroughly, wring out. Boil potato in a uniform, then clean, cut into cubes.
2. Fry mushrooms with the crushed onions. Rub cheese on a grater (better to take cheese of firm grades).
3. Mix together potato, cheese, pepper and mushrooms.
4. Cut the defrozen puff pastry on rectangles.
5. Shake up eggs a little. Grease with them an internal part of rectangles, put a stuffing, curtail into kulechka.
6. Lay mushroom kulechka on a baking tray, grease with the egg remains, remove in an oven. Prepare 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Decorate the turned-out kulechka with a mushroom stuffing fresh parsley. Enjoy your meal!
