I like to cook snack for the family. They become quickly and easily, time take away a little and the main thing is very tasty. On your table every day a new and original dish.
It is required to you
- - White white bread - 1 loaf,
- - caviar of a capelin (not smoked) - 1 bank,
- - fillet of a salmon or a lightly salted salmon - 1 packing (200 g),
- - a tinned paprika - 200 g,
- - fennel - a bunch,
- - leaves of arugula or a usual green salad - for ornament,
- - desi for frying.
Instruction
1. At first I cook small loafs: I cut out bread circles and slightly I fry on a desi in a frying pan before formation of a golden crust, but it is possible and just to dry slightly in the toaster; the size of small loafs - on your taste.
2. Very small I cut fennel and I mix it with caviar of a capelin. I spread on each slice caviar of a capelin, and from above - a leg-base crabmeat - fish.
3. On leaves of greens I place small cut paprika in the center of a dish (better with addition of olive oil) which will serve as juicy additive to snack.
4. Other option of this snack which I too often do: instead of caviar of a capelin I use a cheese and garlic stuffing (I rub on a small grater, I mix with mayonnaise and chopped greens), and instead of fish - ham. Pepper with arugula steadily in the center. If there are a lot of guests, then two different snack on a table - are very convenient and beautiful.
