Nourishing salads: recipes

Nourishing salad – an indispensable component of a holiday table. Such dish can be cooked and on weekdays, it with success will replace a full-fledged dinner. There is a set of recipes with different grades of fish and meat, pasta, cheese, home-made croutons and other tasty ingredients.

Pasta and tomatoes salad

Simple and nourishing snack for every day – figured pasta salad. Paste in the form of a large krausen or bows will approach. The dish with which it is possible to feed all family moves cooled or warm. Grocery set means ham, but instead of it smoked sausages or other meat delicacies will approach.

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of chicken fillet;
  • 1 juicy green apple;
  • 300 g of a cucumber;
  • 50 g of the peeled walnuts;
  • bunch of dubolistny salad;
  • 3 garlic gloves;
  • 5 tablespoons of purified vegetable oil;  
  • 5 lemons;
  •   

Boil chicken fillet until ready, cool. To cut apple and cucumbers with straws, fillet – small pieces. Pound nuts in a mortar in a large crumb. In a separate bowl to mix gas station from the vegetable oil, lemon juice and garlic which is passed through a press.

Tear lettuce leaves hands in a salad bowl, add a cucumber, apple, chicken fillet and nuts. Fill with sauce, mix. Give with croutons or pieces of a fresh baguette.

Salmon Nisuaz salad

The real classics of French cuisine – Nisuaz salad. Tenderness of fish will be shaded by potatoes, haricot, olives and capers. Rich dish, but light, rich with cellulose and vitamins. Festive giving means art spreading on leaves of fresh salad, on weekdays components can be mixed in a bowl, having plentifully sauced.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of a salmon or other red fish;
  • bunch of a green salad;
  • 120 g of new potato;
  • 6 pieces of cherry tomatoes;
  • 10 black olives without stones;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 small red bulb;
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • Dijon mustard to taste;
  • salt;
  • black sprinkling pepper;
  • 1 tsps of a capers;
  • 1 garlic glove;
  • 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar.

The salmon to fry on a grill, eggs, to boil a bean and potatoes. Cool all products, cut not too small pieces. Halve cherry tomatoes. On a dish to lay out lettuce leaves, to atop place fish, potatoes, haricot, eggs, tomatoes, olives, onions cut by thin rings.   

In the blender to mix capers, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and vinegar. Fill with sauce salad, give with slightly dried toasts.
