  • - chicken or soup kit – 400 g;
  • - smoked sausages – 200 g;
  • - chipped (but not small) peas – 1.5 glasses;
  • - potatoes – 4 pieces;
  • - carrots – 1 piece;
  • - onions – 1 piece;
  • - tomato paste – 1 tablespoon;
  • - bay leaf;
  • - salt to taste.


1. Well we wash out peas and we fill in with cold water for a couple of hours that it prepared during cooking quicker. Usually such procedure is made with the whole peas. Chipped it is possible not to presoak.

2. We wash out chicken, we undress on flank steaks and we send to cook. We don't forget to add some salt to broth. Available time of chicken - 30-40 minutes. Then we filter broth (at will). It becomes to give it transparency, but in pea soup of it it will be all the same imperceptible.

3. We cut bars potatoes and carrots, onions - medium-sized half rings. We add peas to broth, we cook to semi-readiness. Then we add vegetables and we cook until ready all ingredients.

4. In parallel we cut sausages half rings and slightly we fry them in a frying pan before emergence of a small golden crust. As sausages thin, cutting is possible only such. If you choose a usual smoked sausage, it is necessary to cut it in bars or cubes. After roasting we add some sausage to soup, we put tomato paste, bay leaf and we allow to boil even minutes five.
