It is required to you

  • - water;
  • - salt — 1 tsp;
  • - peas — 400 g.

Instruction

1. Use split polished peas for preparation of porridge. Color has to be yellow, with bloom. Carefully wash out peas not less, than in 7 waters. The first water will be muddy and white, and subsequent all is lighter.

2. Further fill in peas with water and leave to infuse for the night. After soaking, peas will be inflated. From peas merge residues of water which wasn't absorbed.

3. Shift peas in a pan, pour water liter. You can fill in boiled water or the cold filtered water. Bring to boiling on big fire. Scum before boiling. All the time you watch that foam from a pan didn't run away.

4. Put fire on a minimum and you cook porridge until peas soften. Time of cooking will depend on a peas grade. The minimum time for a grinding peas from 40 minutes to an hour.

5. Split peas cooks from 1 to2.5 o'clock. Whole peas can be cooked till three o'clock.

6. During cooking, porridge needs to be mixed periodically. In 15 minutes until the end of cooking add salt to porridge. If peas after cooking became soft, didn't collapse in puree and remained whole, crush it in porridge the blender. Giving pease pudding to a table, it is possible to supplement it with fried mushrooms, onions, bacon or cracklings.
