Pie a magnolia vine – a gentle fragrant dessert which preparation doesn't demand special skills and a lot of time. Light sourness does pastries especially pleasant in hot season.
There are several ways of preparation of pie a magnolia vine from yeast or shortcake dough. Each recipe is in own way good. To make pie from yeast dough, the following ingredients will be required: 3 glasses of wheat flour, 200 g of a desi, 1 tablespoon of yeast, 100 g of water, salt pinch.
For a stuffing: 1.5 lemons, 1 glass of sugar.
Yeast dissolves in warm water. A desi is kindled on weak fire and left to cool down to room temperature. Water, oil and salt are mixed. Add previously sifted flour to mix and knead rather deadish dough. Ready dough is divided into 3 parts. Each part is wrapped in food wrap and removed in the fridge for 20 minutes. During this time it is possible to prepare a stuffing for pie. The lemon is cut small segments, cleaned from stones and passed via the meat grinder. The crushed lemon is carefully mixed with sugar. 1 tablespoons of a stuffing leave for decoration of pie. One part of the test is rolled with a layer up to 0.5 cm thick 1/2 stuffings spread on a surface of the test and level by means of a scapula. A baking tray sprinkle with flour. The layer of dough is accurately shifted to a baking tray. In the same way, arrive also with the second part of the test. The third layer will turn out without stuffing. Pie is sent to the oven warmed up to 180 wasps and baked within 20 minutes. Ready pie is covered with the remained lemon stuffing.
During pastries the lemon stuffing will impregnate a dessert. Nevertheless on a section pie will differ in a clear boundary of each layer.
The magnolia vine is cooked from shortcake dough very quickly. The following ingredients will be required: 500 g of wheat flour, 200 g of a desi, 250 ml of kefir, 2 lemons, 300 g of sugar, 1 tsp of baking powder. The frozen desi is grated and mixed with a small amount of a sifted flour before formation of an oil crumb. It is connected to kefir, flour and baking powder. Knead shortcake dough which is divided into 2 parts and remove for 30 minutes in the fridge. Lemons scald the boiling water, pass via the meat grinder and mix with sugar. It is possible to boil previously lemons within 5 minutes in the boiling water. In this case the stuffing will turn out more homogeneous. The received weight leave alone for 10 minutes. The baking tray is moistened with water. A half of the test is rolled and shifted to a baking tray. The stuffing is applied on a layer surface, distributing evenly. The second part of the test is also rolled and cover a stuffing. It is necessary to zashchipit edges densely. In several places, pie is punctured with a fork.
If lemon and sugar mix for pie turns out too liquid, it is possible the subfurnace the first layer with a stuffing in an oven within several minutes. Then the baking tray is taken out and finish formation of pie.
Bake a dessert in the oven warmed up to 190 wasps. Preparation time – 40 minutes. Ready pie gains pleasant ruddy color. Give a dessert to a table, having cut small pieces. It is the best of all to use a wet knife for cutting.
