When classical mashed potatoes become boring, it is possible to prepare its interesting version - with green peas and cream. The taste of a dish turns out very unusual and interesting.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 5-6 pieces;
- Canned peas - 1 bank;
- Cream of 15-20% of fat content;
- Desi - 100 g;
- Chicken breast;
- Salt, pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- Peel, fill in potatoes with water and put to boil on a plate to full readiness. Readiness to check a knife - potatoes have to slip easily from a knife. Upon completion of preparation to drain almost all water, having left one third.
- In the mixer to shake up cream with green peas. There to pour out the boiled potatoes with water, carefully to shake up all the mixer (or the blender).
- Pour out almost ready puree back in a pan and put on a plate. Put salt and pepper to taste. Bring puree to the boil and take on average fire even minutes 10-15. It becomes in order that cream didn't turn sour and ready puree it was possible to store in the fridge.
