  • - 1 garlic glove
  • - 200 g tomato
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 100 g of a paprika
  • - 1 bulb of onions
  • - salt to taste
  • - pepper to taste

Instruction

1. Make vegetables for preparation, wash, cut off tails at haricot, clean and to small cut onions. The paprika is better to cut with straws.

2. Place asparagus haricot in the boiling water for 2 minutes. After boiling to cast away haricot on a colander, to cool in cold water. After haricot cools down, to crush it straws.

3. On the heated frying pan to place the crushed onions, pepper and haricot, to fry 5 minutes constantly stirring slowly, then to add tomato. Add salt, pepper to taste, the crushed garlic.
