Process of preparation in each of recipes same: put all ingredients in the blender and mix to uniformity! Large vegetables and fruit, for example beet or apple, it is better to cut previously on small pieces.

Smoothie from currant (4 portions):

Tarhun smoothie (4 portions):

- 4 sticks of a celery,   

- 2 handfuls of leaves of a fresh tarragon (estragon),   

- a big bunch is fresher than some mint greens,   

- 2 peaches,   

- 2 bananas,   

- 2 apples,   

- juice of 1 lemon,   

- 3 glasses of water.
