The recipe belongs to dishes of American cuisine. All charm of this chicken consists in a set of spices which give to usual chicken meat unique aroma and a pleasant flavor.

It is required to you

  • - 2 kg of chicken;
  • - 300 g of flour;
  • - 150 ml of milk;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 1 1/2 glasses of bread crumbs;
  • - 1 tablespoon of paprika;
  • - according to 1 h to a spoon of a dried oregano, thyme, a garlic powder, sage, onion powder, black pepper, marjoram;
  • - 1/2 h spoon of chili pepper;
  • - vegetable oil.

Instruction

1. For frying it is possible to use any pieces of chicken, chicken legs well approach - on them and there is a lot of meat, and they prepare not so long. Surely previously wash out chicken and dry her on paper towels.

2. Mix eggs with milk, slightly shake up. Separately mix flour with bread crumbs and with all listed dry spices.

3. At first roll in pieces of chicken in flour, then lower in egg mix, then again in flour with spices. Thus prepare all pieces of a chicken.

4. Take a deep saucepan with a heavy bottom, in it warm olive oil. In the small portions fry pieces of chicken before formation of a golden crust from all directions. Lay out on a baking tray, put in the oven which is warmed up up to 180 degrees. Bake until ready.

5. Preparation time of chicken depends on the sizes of meat which you chose for cooking. Chicken legs are cooked approximately in 30 minutes. If you have chicken wings, then there will be enough also 15 minutes.
