- - 2 vitelluses
- - 2 tablespoons of starch
- - salt and ground black pepper
- - vegetable oil for frying in hot fan
- - 4 fillets of chicken breast cut in cubes
- For sweet-sour sauce:
- - 1 cut bulb
- - 1 red and 1 green paprikas (to cut)
- - 1 tablespoons of starch
- - 6 tablespoons of orange juice
- - 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- - 2 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce
- - 1 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
Instruction
1. Mix vitelluses with starch and 1 tablespoon of water; salt and pepper.
2. Warm up oil in a stewpan, a wok or a deep frying pan. Put chicken in egg mix, prevent. Fry in the portions before formation of a ruddy crisp. Dry on paper towels.
3. Fry onions and pepper in other frying pan 2-3 minutes. Dissolve starch in orange juice, then add ketchup, a soy-bean sauce, vinegar and 250 ml of water. Fill in onions with pepper and bring to the boil. Prepare, stirring slowly, before solidification. Add chicken and prepare 5 more minutes.
