This roll will be pleasant even to children - at the expense of carrots and peas the dish turns out very colourful, and existence of forcemeat does it nourishing. Roll can be served and as a main course, and in the form of snack.

It is required to you

  • - 300 g of ground beef
  • - 100 g of chicken forcemeat
  • - 1 egg
  • - 5-6 slices of bread
  • - 1 glass of milk
  • - 100 g of cheese
  • - 1 big carrots
  • - 2 squash
  • - 1 bank of a canned peas
  • - salt, pepper, spices to taste

Instruction

1. Wash up and peel carrots and squash. Cut them in cubes of 0.7-1 centimeter in size. Stew vegetables in a frying pan, previously having oiled it vegetable. It is necessary to extinguish on strong fire before liquid evaporation, don't assume that vegetables fried.

2. Wet bread in milk within 10 minutes. Crush it, without merging some milk. Liquid gruel has to turn out. Rub cheese on a large grater. Carefully mix ground and chicken beef, the fried thoroughly vegetables, a canned peas, cheese, bread with milk and egg. Add salt and spices.

3. Place paper for roasting on a baking tray. Lay out on it the received mix. Create from forcemeat with vegetables roll. Diameter of roll shouldn't exceed 7-10 centimeters, otherwise it doesn't propechtsya in the middle. Wrap up roll in the free ends of paper for roasting. That during roasting paper didn't reveal, roll should be wound with thread.

4. Warm up an oven to 200 degrees. Put in it roll and bake at the same temperature within 40-60 minutes. During roasting, roll needs to be overturned periodically.

5. After preparation, roll should be exempted from paper. Give it hot, having cut on slices 1.5-2 centimeters thick.
