Instruction

1. To slightly warm up 150 ml of water and to dissolve in it a yeast powder with salt and sugar, to pour in the enameled bowl. There to add 200 g of flour and to knead a sponge dough. Leave to rise for 4 hours, having covered with a towel, indoors without drafts.

2. 4 hours later in a sponge dough to pour in the remained water and to accurately mix in flour, bran, seeds of sunflower, pumpkin and a flax. Knead hands or in the combine within 10 minutes, before receiving an elastic dough.

3. A bottom and walls of a baking dish to grease 1 tsp of olive oil. Lay in it dough, having given the form of ""brick"" or any other, cover with a towel and leave to rasstaivatsya for 2 hours.

4. Oil the risen dough from above the remained olive and put to be baked in the oven which is already warmed up to 220 wasps for 20-25 minutes. Check readiness a wooden skewer.
