- - 1 kg of fillet of a salmon
- - 1-2 lemons
- - 200 g of white wine
- - 100 g of a soy-bean sauce
- - 50 g of fennel
- - 30 g of a thyme
- - 100 g of a desi
- For sauce:
- - 150 g of champagne
- - 300 g of cream ж. 33%
- - sprinkling pepper, salt
Instruction
1. Preparation of a dish will require fresh, not peremorozhenny fish - it is one of the main conditions of the recipe. The taste and aroma of a ready-to-eat meal directly depends on quality of fish. Prepare fillet pieces. Cut lemons thick rings and lay out on a bottom of a special form for roasting.
2. Over slices of lemons to put herbs. It can be not only fennel and a thyme, but also various combinations of herbs on preference, for example, rosemary, a basil, parsley, etc. Pour in wine and a soy-bean sauce on a baking tray.
3. On a pillow from lemons and herbs to lay out fillet of a salmon. Salt and pepper fish, from above to put desi pieces.
4. Send a baking tray with a salmon to the oven which is previously warmed up to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Get ready fish, without overdoing on time - so many minutes are necessary that the salmon turned out especially gentle and fragrant.
5. Make creamy sauce. To pour out 150 g of champagne in suitable ware and to put on fire. Evaporate champagne on 1/3 then to salt and add a sprinkling pepper. Cook on slow fire about 5 more minutes at continuous stirring.
