Salmon in glaze from a soy-bean sauce

It is very difficult to resist a juicy gentle small fish. After preparation of a salmon in glaze there is very tasty marinade which can be used as sauce for different dishes.

It is required to you

  • - 1/2 glasses of a refiner syrup;
  • - 1/2 glasses of a soy-bean sauce;
  • - 1/2 glasses of water;
  • - 1/2 cups of a sweet rice wine (gelding);
  • - 2 pieces of fillet of a salmon (everyone on 180 g);
  • - 1 tablespoon of fried sesame sunflower seeds;
  • - fresh ginger, ground coriander;
  • - peppercorn, vegetable oil, green onions.

Instruction

1. Bring in a pan to the boil water and a refiner syrup. Add a soy-bean sauce, a gelding, a coriander, ginger, a black pepper. Again bring to the boil, reduce fire. You cook 30-40 minutes on silent fire until the volume of glaze decreases by a third. Filter ready glaze through a sieve, pour out in a heat resisting bowl.

2. Warm up an oven to 200 degrees. Dry fillet of a salmon paper towels, postpone so far away.

3. Warm up oil in a heat resisting frying pan on average and strong fire. Lay out in it a salmon, fry several minutes, then turn, fry on the other hand.

4. Put away ware with a salmon in a heated-up oven. Prepare minutes 15. Plentifully water ready fish with glaze, decorate with sesame, green onions.
