The envelopes from a lavash filled with fried mushrooms cheese and greens are a great snack which easily is cooked both on a picnic, and at the dacha. At the same time it is fried in the open air, on a grill, then quickly decorated with juicy tomatoes with fresh greens and at once is served to a table.
Ingredients:
- 280 g of large champignons;
- 350 g of a hard cheese;
- 70 g of sour cream;
- 1 tsps of spices for vegetables;
- 8 lavashes (size of 29х20 cm);
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- ½ bunches of cilantro;
- ½ bunches of fennel;
- 2-3 small tomatoes;
- 10 branches of fennel.
Preparation:
- 280 g are, as a rule, 4 large mushrooms. Therefore it is necessary to take 4 mushrooms, to wash their baking plate flowing water and at desire to clean.
- Lay out sour cream in a drinking bowl, to add a good handful of spices for vegetables to it, carefully to mix and set aside everything before swelling of pieces of spices aside.
- Cover the cleaned mushrooms with spicy sour cream, using a silicone brush, string on skewers and fry within 5-7 minutes on moderate coals.
- Meanwhile to rub cheese on a small grater, and greens of cilantro and fennel carefully to wash, dry and to chop small a knife.
- Remove fried mushrooms from skewers, to cool and cut a little small pieces. Then to lay out in a soup plate, to mix with cheese and greens, to dress with mayonnaise and to mix properly.
- Cut a lavash strips of 29х20 cm in size. On the middle of each strip to lay out 1 tablespoon of a mushroom stuffing and to accurately distribute it on all surface.
- Curtail all strips envelopes, lay out on a lattice and fry on moderate coals from two parties. During frying, cheese in envelopes will melt, and the lavash will get beautiful golden and a crisp.
- Wash and cut tomatoes rings. 10 branches of fennel to wash and dry.
- To lay out fried envelopes with a mushroom stuffing on a dish. On each envelope to place a circle of tomato and couple of small branches of fennel.
- Snack from champignons in a lavash to give hot to a table.
