Instruction

1. We undress champignons - we separate legs and a hat from each other and we remove the first layer of a mushroom, cleaning it with that. We salt each hat very little inside. The leg is small cut.

2. We boil eggs, we cool and it is small cut as well as mushrooms. In a frying pan we pour a little vegetable oil and we fry the cut legs. When mushrooms are almost ready, we add to them eggs, sour cream, salt and mix of pepper to taste and we extinguish a baking plate a cover until ready. It is possible to add water if sour cream dense. It is necessary to extinguish mushrooms about 30-40 minutes on slow fire, constantly mixing.

3. On a baking tray we spread a foil and we display hats of mushrooms. In hats the stuffing gives all the best a teaspoon. From above we strew with a grated cheese. Then we cover with a leaf of a foil and we put up to 180 degrees in the warmed oven. It is necessary to bake a dish 20-25 minutes.
