- - 1 bank of tinned tomatoes;
- - 2 banks of haricot;
- - 1 bulb;
- - 200 g of salsa;
- - 3 paprikas;
- - 240 g of brown rice;
- - 220 g of a grated cheese;
- - 1 tablespoon of a Chili powder;
- - 2 h spoon of olive oil.
Instruction
1. Warm up an oven to 180 degrees. Take a big baking dish, oil. Remove tops, seeds from paprika, cut in half. In a big frying pan warm up oil, throw the crushed onions and garlic there. Onions have to become translucent.
2. Reduce fire, add tomatoes, a Chili powder, salsa. Mix everything. You cook to dense consistence. Send brown rice to a frying pan, mix. Remove from a plate, strew with a grated cheese.
3. Fill the prepared pepper with a stuffing, bake 25 minutes in an oven. Strew ready snack with a grated cheese.
