Sushi with a light salted salmon is one of the most tasty options of preparation of the recipe. Such sushi turn out gentle on taste and it is easy to make them in house conditions.

It is required to you

  • - 150 g of a salmon light salted
  • - 1 cups of round rice
  • - 3 tablespoons of vinegar, for seasoning of rice
  • - 5 sheets to a hole
  • - 1.5 cups of boiled water
  • - wasabi
  • - marinated ginger
  • - soy-bean sauce
  • - besides products, the pan with the divorced 1 tablespoon vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water is necessary for greasing of a noriya.

Instruction

1. Wash out rice under flowing water, within 15 minutes. Fill in with hot boiled water and you cook on slow fire about 15 min. Switch off a tile and leave for full readiness for 10 minutes.

2. Add the warmed-up vinegar to rice and carefully move. Try to mix the cutting movements that rice didn't stick together.

3. Shift rice in a plate before full cooling. Cut a salmon thin pieces.

4. Now start preparation roll. For this purpose on a cutting board lay out a leaf to a hole, grease it with a small amount water with vinegar, with calculation 1:2. From above lay out rice, distribute according to all leaf to a hole and roll.

5. Cut roll on 7-8 pieces, approximately on 2 cm. From above lay pieces of the cut salmon.

6. Lay out sushi on a plate. Decorate with ginger, wasabi. Pour a soy-bean sauce in a small plateau and give together with sushi.
