Tagliatelle are the Italian straight noodles found to taste. In modern supermarket it is possible to buy without effort such semi-finished product with various flavor additives including with spinach. By tagliatelle it is made of firm grades of wheat and therefore it is very useful to a stomach and is low-calorie.

- - 200 g spinach tagliatelle
- - 2 eggs
- For sauce
- - 1 carrots
- - 2 bulbs
- - 250 g of a smoked salmon
- - 3 tablespoons of a desi
- - 100 g of dry white wine
- - 300 g of cream
- - pepper, salt

Instruction
1. Lower noodles in a large amount of the boiling salty water, you cook within 9 minutes. Rinse in cold water.
2. While paste is prepared, cut carrots with thin strips. Rinse water onions and together with a salmon cut thin strips.
3. Kindle a desi in a pan, add carrots and onions. Prepare on weak fire until vegetables become soft.
4. Add wine and cream to the turned-out mix, you extinguish 5 minutes. Put strips of a salmon, season with salt and a black pepper to taste.
5. Spread out a dish on serving plates, strew with a favourite grade of cheese and fill in with sauce. Decorate with a spoon of red caviar.
