- For preparation of the baked eggplants it will be required:
- 2 averages of the size of an eggplant,
- 250 grams of tomatoes in own juice,
- salt – to taste,
- olive oil – to taste,
- 1 tablespoon of a dried oregano,
- 1 tablespoon of a dried celery.
Instruction
1. At first we cut eggplants circles 0.7-1 cm thick, then we divide each circle into 4 parts. Further we fill in eggplants with the cold added some salt water and we leave for 15-30 minutes that they left bitterness.
2. In 15-30 minutes we drain water, we wash out eggplants, we spread in a baking dish, we sprinkle olive oil, we salt and we bake in the oven which is in advance warmed up to 200 degrees.
