  • celery root - 400 g;
  • bean - 200 g;
  • onions - 4 pieces;
  • vegetable oil - 6 tablespoons;
  • tomato puree - 1 glass;
  • the black pepper ground - to taste;
  • bay leaf - 1 piece;
  • salt — to taste;
  • sugar — 1 tsp;
  • vinegar of 9% - 1 tablespoon;
  • greens — a small bunch.

Pods of green beans clean from side a streak, cut off tips and cut on pieces. You cook until ready. Boil a root of a celery to semi-readiness and cut in cubes.
