The champignons stuffed with meat - hot appetizer which can be served also as the main course. As a garnish to such mushrooms it is possible to give a fresh vegetables with greens or to do at all without it.

It is required to you

  • - 200 g of ground or ground pork;
  • - 12 pieces of champignons;
  • - 2 tomatoes;
  • - 1 bulb;
  • - 1 hot pepper;
  • - 3 garlic gloves;
  • - 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs;
  • - parsley, salt.

Instruction

1. Take large champignons, wash out them, remove at them legs, we will need only hats of mushrooms. Miss the mark hats with olive oil, slightly salt them and put in a form for roasting.

2. Small chop onions, too crush hot pepper and parsley. Remove sunflower seeds and all liquid from fresh tomatoes, small cut pulp. Peel garlic gloves, miss via the garlic press or rub on a small grater.

3. Mix all prepared ingredients and add mincemeat. Both pork, and ground beef will approach - with it the stuffing turns out juicy. Salt, mix - the stuffing for stuffed mushrooms is ready.

6. Serve the champignons stuffed with meat to a table at once while they didn't cool down. If you give as snack, then you can lay out hats of mushrooms on green lettuce leaves - so snack looks better.
