Bread without flour – the real rescue for the people having excess weight or patients with diabetes. The oat and rye middlings forming the basis of the bread made according to this recipe is acquired by an organism differently, than other carbohydrates. For bread without flour it is required to you:

- 70 g of oat bran;

- 50 g of a rye middlings;

- 35 g of wheat gluten;

- 100 ml of skim milk;

- 2 eggs;

- 10 g of linen grains;

- 5 g of a yeast powder;

- 3 g of salt.

Preparation of bread without flour

Stir a yeast powder in the warm milk heated to 50 degrees. Add a half of the gluten provided in the recipe of bread and salt. Put capacity to the warm place for raising of a sponge dough. Usually on it about 20-30 minutes leave. Understand that the sponge dough is ready it is possible on the vials of foam which appeared on a surface.

Mix dry ingredients: an oat and rye middlings, the remained gluten, linen grains (postpone a little for topping). Connect both mass and carefully mix. You watch that dough had no lumps – they no matter can affect finished bread.

Leave dough for rise for 1-1.5 hours. It is desirable that it approached in the warm place - for example, at the battery or other heating device. That the bread made without flour turned out magnificent, dough in process needs to be mixed several times, allowing it to rise more and more time.

When dough is ready, lay out it a spoon in a silicone mold. Ideally - the form divided into six small bricks. All ingredients are given in this recipe for such form. Don't fill it completely. Leave at least a third of height unoccupied, otherwise bread can "escape". Powder a surface of the test with flax grains, let's bread approach once again and accurately move a form to an oven.

Bake bread without flour about 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 160-200 degrees. The exact time of pastries will depend on in what form you do the bread, and from features of your oven.
