It is required to you

  • - a cucumber pickles (capers) - 2-3 pieces.
  • - sour cream (the store 15-20% are possible, but house it is better) - 200 g.
  • - garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • Pepper - as you want

Instruction

1. We fray a cucumber pickles on a small grater. From them, most likely, juice will begin to flow, it is better to merge it somewhere.

2. We pour out sour cream or we spread a spoon in deep capacity. We peel garlic from a peel and we pass through a chesnokodavka. We pour the crushed garlic into sour cream. Then we pepper everything.

3. We pour the wrung-out ground cucumber pickles into sour cream and properly we mix. We put the turned-out weight with a pleasant odor in the fridge for hardening. As sour cream fat, it will stiffen pretty fast, that is why sauce can be got in 30-40 minutes.
