It is required to you

  • - 600 g of tofu
  • - vegetable oil for hot fan
  • - 1 average cucumber
  • - 100 g of bean sprouts
  • - salt, 1.5 cups of sugar
  • - 4 small peppers of Chile
  • - 2 garlic gloves
  • - water
  • - 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
  • - 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce

Instruction

1. Cut a kori-tofu on rectangles, cut each of which on diagonal so that triangles as a result turned out. By means of tissues or a towel remove excess moisture from cheese and slightly salt.

2. Make sauce for what exempt peppers of Chile from seeds and small cut, peel garlic from a peel. – chili pepper, garlic, granulated sugar and salt, water, vinegar and tomato paste – carefully shake up all ingredients for sauce in the blender, having reached uniformity.

3. In a special frying pan a wok heat oil and fry in hot fan in the small portions of tofu until it becomes golden color. Take the fried cheese from oil and place on tissues or a towel for removal of excess fat.
