We cook salad ""Blossoming Cactus"

You can surprise the guests not only the tasty, but also interestingly prepared things. The main idea of the offered salad - the ""grown-up"" ""flower cactus"" at dish top.

It is required to you

  • - 250 g of boiled pork;
  • - 1/2 banks of red tinned beans;
  • - 1 red onions;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - marinated gherkins;
  • - 2 tablespoons of greens;
  • - 1 tablespoon of sour cream;
  • - 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise;
  • - 1/2 h spoon of mustard;
  • - Chile sauce;
  • - black sprinkling pepper;
  • - bunch of Lollo-Rosso salad;
  • - carrots or paprika (for ornament).

Instruction

1. Boil hard boiled eggs. In order that the shell on eggs didn't crack, salt a few water.

2. Cut in cubes eggs, meat and gherkins. Onions need to be cut thin half rings. Add haricot to this mix. If at bank with haricot there is a liquid, merge it previously. Still add greens.

3. Now we prepare gas station for salad. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, black pepper, mustard and the Chile sauce.
