It is required to you

  • - 1 medium-sized trout;
  • - 5-6 potatoes;
  • - 200 ml of cream;
  • - 1 garlic glove;
  • - flour
  • - 1 carrots;
  • - 2 bulbs;
  • - creamy and vegetable oil;
  • - spices to taste.

Instruction

1. For preparation of gravy kindle a desi in deep ware. Add the garlic which is passed through a press to oil and fry it minute. As soon as oil incorporates aroma of garlic, add a sifted flour to a frying pan.

2. Fry it a little, and then pour out cream on a frying pan. Quickly and carefully mix gravy before receiving homogeneous mass. As soon as sauce becomes dense, add to it some spice and pour a little boiled water. Again well mix. Increase fire and bring sauce to the boil, and then remove from a plate and close a cover.
