Beer is called one of the most ancient drinks in the world, according to many scientists, it is older product, than wine. Presumably, history of this frothy beverage began during era of the early Neolithic, that is in times when the person began to grow up grain crops. Researchers assume that cereals began to cultivate not for bread making, and for preparation of beer – the nutritious, tasty and refreshing drink. There were legends and myths connected with winemaking, and in many cultures and religions separate deities were responsible for production of wine. Perhaps, scientists will receive over time more exact information about what drink appeared earlier – beer or wine. But hardly we sometime learn who was the first person who thought up the recipe of beer or made wine.
