- 350 grams of flour;
- 150 ml of warm water;
- 1/2 teaspoons of salt.
On a land surface pour out all flour the hill (it is better to use flour from firm grades of wheat), in the center make small deepening. Pour in about 50 ml of water in this deepening, previously having dissolved salt in liquid, and begin to knead accurately dough, trying to take flour from edges and to pour it into the center. Add a little water (about 50 ml again) and continue to knead dough. It at this stage has to collapse on lumps. Add the remained water and knead until dough doesn't cease to stick to hands.
Check whether dough for production of pasta is ready it is possible as follows: roll dough in a sphere and pierce it on a half a finger if dough didn't stick to a finger, it is ready if stuck, it is necessary to add a little more flour (tablespoon) and properly to knead it hands.
