According to many political leaders of the international community the real competition was started for the right of superiority in the field of creation of artificial intelligence now. It is considered that world supremacy depends only on achievements in the field of human knowledge.
In this context it is staked on the fact that the artificial intelligence will have the whole set of priority advantages of rather traditional carrier of conscious function which, naturally, the person is considered. However it is obvious that in the algorithm of creation of this of "the faultless program" the traditional logical principles which correspond to usual mind will be underlain. This intellectual product will be created due to collective knowledge of the mankind. Of course, the scientific break in the field of knowledge pursues the purpose first of all production of military equipment.
That is creation of the "faultless soldier" ready to perform any combat mission, being based only on the "pure intelligence" exempted from a physiology burden is the priority purpose. Naturally, the idea of such "mercenary" rescue of mankind from ignorance of a present situation is impossible to scientific approach. But financing of expensive and knowledge-intensive projects objectively causes its (mankind) on orientation in organizational and administrative aspect, but not on genius of certain inventors.
In other words, society does not wait for breakthrough technologies from individuals, and is focused on extent of financing of traditional scientific projects which owing to the empirichnost and the most average level of genius can guarantee the planned efficiency in any direction of researches. In a case with artificial intelligence everything is exactly also, and therefore America, Europe and China will is massed to invest in this project whereas our country traditionally surprises all with the talents with the minimum economic expenses.
However the primary parameter of artificial intelligence (speed and volume of the processed information and also full independence of a package of emotions) over conscious function which carrier is organic matter with weak and vulnerable physiology peculiar to it is leveled if to take its alternative carrier into account. To ensure effective functioning of artificial intelligence, it is necessary to add to the software still the equipment and a power source which will be independent (are environmentproofed) and most adapted to use environment.
In this regard the organic carrier is represented to the most practical concerning any other kinds of material substances today. Even plasma or power substances in terms of controllability and safety seem the least acceptable as carriers of the code, program or, so-called, artificial intelligence today. Here also the situation when the person with his quite limited mental capacities has to himself no worthy replacement now in the form of artificial intelligence which is officially declared the international community the most priority direction of scientific researches turns out.
Most likely, the mankind is doomed to pass through this experience of the development. Without having tried, it is impossible to make sure of result authentically. In this regard first attempts at writing at some fantasts describing war of mankind with robots seem not simple children's illusion, but a certain morbid imagination of primogenitors of artificial intelligence.
