Concerning work of a brain there is a set of contradictory scientific theories and hypotheses. Emotions and rational decisions at the person often resist each other. Emotions appear at the person in view of the nature of the brain programmed on the system of instincts. So, at the sight of positive incentives - tasty food, money as source of pleasure, attractive representative of an opposite sex - the brain develops signals and sends them to a hormonal system. The chemicals influencing reaction of the person are produced - he can begin to feel fear, joy, tranquility or admiration.
Works on emotional intelligence have that bigger weight that can be applied in business, marketing and policy. Applies many decisions of people subconsciously. And it is not always bad. In back department of a brain, patterns are formed: templates of human behavior in the situations tested earlier.
IQ: rational thinking
It is considered that the left hemisphere of a brain is responsible for rational actions. Therefore the left hemisphere is called analytical, and right - creative. Fully this hypothesis could not even come true. The brain of the person is much more put. It is divided into thousands of areas, each of which is responsible for one of possible functions. There is also a number of "empty" areas which functionality develops depending on needs of the personality. Nevertheless most of scientists inclines to a conclusion that the most part of analytical sites of a brain really is in the left hemisphere.
Basis of rational thinking - commitment to sign systems. Departments of the left hemisphere become more active during the reading, the letter and the solution of mathematical tasks. Any writing is not peculiar to animals, their left hemispheres are involved to a lesser extent, than in a brain of the person. The exception is made by the highest mammals (dolphins, whales).
Communication between hemispheres
Communication between hemispheres of a brain and certain sites is formed at the expense of neural networks. These are some kind of wires transferring electric brain impulses with an unimaginable speed. Thinking of the person (cogitative vector, speed, traits of character) directly depends on existence of the created neural communications. It is considered that the people possessing manifestations of genius have a huge number of stable relations of neurons and synapses (one more type of connecting "wires") between the left and right hemispheres. It allows them to analyze certain sign information, creatively to interpret it and to present in the processed look in other sign system. Habits contribute to the development of stable neural relations. That is why many geniuses did favorite thing already at early age - the created habits promoted strengthening of neural communications which allowed them to create global works.
