Option 1

  2. Lunch: easy fish soup, vegetable salad, compote.
  3. Afternoon snack: baked apple.
  4. Dinner: squids and stewed cabbage.
  5. Before going to bed: kefir.

Option 2

In the second half of day it is recommended to use not enough liquid to reduce production of urine. All dishes have to be without spices and sauces, especially sharp.
