If you decided that you want not just to bring muscles into a tone, and to become "big", first of all it is worth directing efforts to a set of lump – both muscular, and fat. And only after this stage it is possible to pass to formation of really beautiful, relief body.

Whether general exercises for a set of weight are effective?

The human body very easily adapts to any new conditions and to force it to build up muscle bulk, it is important to give complex loading. Therefore general exercises which involve more than two muscles (and ideally - the maximum quantity), perfectly are suitable for these purposes.

It is important not to forget that the load has to be really maximum – work at a limit that the organism began to build muscles "for emergency". That general exercises on body weight gave the necessary effect, work within 4 – 6 repetitions with the maximum load.

Any program of general exercises on weight includes three main components which allow to influence various muscles:

  1. Squats with a bar.
  2. Press of a bar lying.
  3. Classical stanovy draft (perhaps, the most difficult exercise for beginners).

By means of these three exercises it is possible to work all largest muscles and by that to achieve muscle gain. It is important to note that a key role is played by high weight of a bar thanks to which the necessary effect is reached.

Except them, it is recommended to add to a complex also other important exercises: classical push-ups, pullings up on a horizontal bar, an army press (it also call "a press from a breast") and raising of a bar on a breast with pushing out.
