Usually control of a mouse does not present any difficulties. Even the inexperienced user can bring this device home and it is easy to connect it to the computer. However additional settings which help to improve work with a mouse in certain cases are required.
How to adjust a mouse on the computer?
Before adjusting a mouse, it is necessary to connect the device to the computer. Those who does not know how to adjust a wireless mouse should begin with connection of the plug of an USB mouse in the USB socket. The plug of a wire mouse of PS/2 is inserted into the PS/2 socket. Usually several seconds that the operating system of the computer defined the device are required and independently picked up drivers, necessary for its work. Only after that it is possible to make additional settings of the manipulator:
- Before adjusting buttons on a mouse, come into the control panel and find in it the section Devices and Printers. Find the drawing of a mouse in the section. Press it and choose mouse parameters. If parameters do not open, click the right mouse button and specify parameters in a drop-down list.
- Depending on the operating system, different actions which can be executed with a mouse will be offered. For lefthanders an opportunity to change functions of buttons will be offered.
- In settings it is possible to increase or reduce the speed of double click. For this purpose it is necessary to draw the slider in the necessary party. To check as far as the chosen click speed approaches, it is possible by means of the folder located on the right. If it opens double click, then speed approaches.
- The following item in settings is the possibility of inclusion of sticking. This function gives an opportunity of dragging and allocation of information without keeping of the button in the pressed state. If to check sticking inclusion, the additional menu will open. In it it is possible to adjust sticking duration.
How to adjust a mouse on one click?
Control of a mouse for one click is made in other section. Perform such operations:
- Come through the conductor established on your computer into the Look menu. Choose in it Properties of the folder or Folder parameters.
- In the general properties it will be offered to open folders one click, and to allocate them with the index. It is enough to put a tag in this place to activate function of opening of folders in one click.
