Attention – ability to concentrate on some one object. This quality is necessary for study and successful performance of the charged work. However the brain of the person is arranged in such a way that with ease reacts to various irritants. Therefore if sharply there was a question how to become more attentive and get rid of absent-mindedness, it is necessary to work over itself.

How to become more attentive?

Deduction of attention is the any process demanding efforts. The occupation is more boring, the it is more difficult to keep on it attention. In that case the person often makes a mistake, distracting with the purpose to have a rest. But after such respite it is even more difficult to return to boring occupation. Instead of distracting, it is necessary to try to find the interesting moment then work will seem to more fascinating in boring occupation.

  2. "The description of a picture" - within several minutes to consider a picture or a photo, then to close the image and as the checking person can describe it in more detail.
  3. "Relax" - within several minutes or longer time to watch natural phenomena, without being distracted by anything, then to describe the events.

To get rid of absent-mindedness and to become more attentive, doctors recommend to correct a day regimen and to organize good nutrition. Stresses, mental and physical overfatigue, the shortage of vitamins and minerals have an adverse effect on a condition of a brain and all mental processes including attention.
