Instruction
1. First of all actually or mentally construct a rectangular triangle in which the perpendicular lowered on the earth will be one of the parties. To construct such triangle on a ground or the road, use a level. Determine height in two points of the measured object above sea level and also distance between them.
2. If it is necessary to find a bias of the small object located on the earth take an equal board or and, using the level gage, arrange it strictly horizontally between two points. In the lower point under it it is necessary to enclose make-shifts, for example, bricks. Measure a roulette length of a board and height of bricks.
3. To find a bias of a slope of a roof, come on the attic and from a certain point of a slope lower thread with cargo, to the floor down. Measure length of thread and distance from the lowered cargo before crossing of a slope with half of the attic. Ways of measurement can be various, up to photography of an object and measurement of the parties in the photo – your purpose at the same time to learn length of two legs in the received rectangular triangle.
