Many of us (especially city dwellers and those who have too much free time for foreign thoughts) often are nervous, even without the powerful reasons. And constant uneasiness and a stress – the causes of diseases in itself, and not only nervous.

You do not save in yourself irritation. Quietly, softly and tactfully state aloud the remarks and claims. Try to be benevolent, but hold the ground in essence. You should not show weakness, as well as excessive adherence to principles.

Do not dramatize, do not do tragedies and not azhiotiruytes from the words of others. If as a result of your statements another felt inconveniently, awkwardly, explain that in it there is nothing personal. Further communicate, indifferently positively and structurally.

Live in the world with yourself and with people around, for this purpose forgive others, well and yourself, certainly more often.

Avoid idleness and inaction, they – the best soil for emergence of negative thoughts. Go about the own business, without envying progress of others and without irritating itself soul.

It is known that made you do not turn back, however it is better nevertheless at least to try to correct something and better late than never. At the same time you should not exhaust yourself and surrounding with reproaches or pity. With firmness you hold strokes of bad luck if fell – get up. A worthy exit is from any situation, however do not jump above the head (and that it is possible to break something). Look for the decision necessary to you, well and that whenever possible not to offend the others.

Empty experiences, destructions, "ashes" and concern in occasions and solve without, anyway, nothing a head posypaniye but only they exhaust nervous system.

It is impossible to provide everything, but it is possible to try to do well we best of all manage what. At the same time it is possible also to derive pleasure from process.

You should not try to solve a problem if it hesitates, maybe, not your problem, maybe, she, maybe, better it not to solve not a reshim. It is not necessary to seize – we are not bulldogs after all …

Following these simple recommendations you, at least, noticeably will reduce costs of nervous energy.

Gradually form in yourself a harmonious image of the world and you go back in the aspirations to new achievements. Begin to live happily and quietly. People then definitely to you will stretch because near harmonious people well and life is more cheerful.
