Carrying out scientific research – an integral part of end of the higher education. Top of training of the student in a higher educational institution is the thesis which is a kind of scientific work. It is carried out and made out according to uniform regulations.
Instruction
1. First of all decide on a subject of future scientific research. The subject has to be chosen, proceeding from availability of references on it and also own opportunities and preferences. Do not choose too wide and too narrow subject for future research. Formulate a subject so that in it the subject and an object of a research was read. All this has to be issued in the form of introduction.
2. After you decided on a subject, start the review of references in which similar scientific research is described. Similar researches are in what the same techniques were applied, or the same object was studied. The most important points have to be issued in the literary review of a research subsequently. In the literary review use such parenthesises as "a number of authors believes", "the great number of authors came to a conclusion", "in works at authors …" and so on.
3. After writing of the literary review pass to chapter describing an object and methods of a research which will be applied in your work. If you explore any territory, then in this chapter its geographical location, climate, hydrographic network have to be described if any material – describe its physical and chemical properties, the history of opening or creation. At the description of methods do not focus attention on the review. Describe only those concrete methods which you will use in work. If work provides an experimental part, then after writing and execution of chapter 2 it is a high time to put experiments.
4. In final chapter of scientific research describe the results received in its course and also draw conclusions on their subsequent application and introduction. Use at the same time the following parenthetic clauses: "as a result of researches by this method it was established …" or "calculations by means of this technique showed …". Having discussed results write the conclusion to scientific research, and then briefly formulate the received conclusions.
