To consider squares of numbers, it is optional to be the ingenious mathematician. It is for this purpose rather simple to increase number by itself. Squares of digits already contain in the multiplication table. It is easy to consider squares of two-digit numbers "column". However for calculation of squares of large numbers not to do without computer or the calculator any more.

Instruction
1. To count a number square, build it in the second degree or in other words, increase by yourself. So, for example, if the number is equal 16, then its square will be equal: 16² = 16*16 = 256.
2. If numbers which squares need to be considered, multiple-valued take the calculator. If it is the engineering calculator, just gather number, and then press the button of squaring. It is not necessary to press the = key any more – the result at once will appear on the calculator indicator. The construction button in the second degree on the majority of calculators is designated as "x \by U-00B2\". Insignificant deviations from the standard designation are possible. For example, "and²" or "а^2". If the calculator usual (accounting), gather on it number, press the multiplication button, then again gather number and press the = button. The multiplication button in the majority of calculators is designated as a slanting cross of "X". Occasionally designation in the form of an asterisk "*" or "fat" can meet (do not confuse with decimal!) points "•".
3. To consider squares of large numbers on the computer, start the standard Windows calculator and transfer it to the "engineering" regime (Start-up –> to Execute –> introduce ""calc"" –> Ok-> the Look –> Engineering). Type on the virtual keyboard of the calculator or on the digital keyboard of the computer number which is required to be squared. Then press the button designated as "x^2". The result immediately will appear in a virtual window of the calculator.
4. If it is necessary to consider squares pretty often or calculation results need to be unpacked, use the Excel MS program. Gather in a cage in B1 cage the following combination of symbols: "= A1*A1" also press "Enter". Now enter any number into A1 cage – in B1 cage you immediately receive its square. To count squares at once of several numbers, copy B1 cage down on the necessary quantity of lines. For this purpose just point by the cursor to the right bottom corner of a cell of B1 (before transformation of the index of the cursor into a cross) and pull down. After that to consider squares of the numbers entered into a column "And", there will be all column "In" your table.
