After repair or replacement of a scale of the ampermeter its check and graduation is required. There are several ways to make such testing. Depending on existence of necessary devices and the required graduation accuracy indicators, use one of the ways described below.

- the charger with the built-in ampermeter and the accumulator, the power supply of 9 Volts, the variable wire resistor of 1 kOhm, the reference ampermeter, connecting wires, the measuring device for food of chains of variable and constant currents of UI300.1 type.
Instruction
1. The first method can be used if there are a charger and the accumulator. Connect consistently the charger, the checked ampermeter and the accumulator. Put on the minimum current the regulator of charging current in the charger. Turn on the charger. Put the regulator of charging current in such position that the ampermeter of the charger showed 1 Ampere. Note on a scale of the checked ampermeter situation his shooters. Repeat this operation, consistently establishing by means of the regulator of the charger and controlling according to indications of the ampermeter currents in 2, 3, 4 Ampere, etc. When the arrow of the checked ampermeter reaches edge of a scale, switch off the charger, previously having installed the current regulator on a minimum. Then note intermediate values on a scale. At this way the low accuracy of graduation which is limited to charger ampermeter accuracy.
2. Bigger accuracy of graduation can achieve, using the reference ampermeter. Collect the scheme, having connected consistently reference ampermeter, the checked ampermeter and the variable wire resistor. A conclusion of the toddler of the resistor has to go to the power supply. Connect the collected scheme to the power supply of 9 Volts. Turning the resistor handle, increase current in a chain up to 1 Ampere. Note location of an arrow of the checked ampermeter. Repeat this operation, establishing values of currents on the reference ampermeter in 2, 3, 4 Ampere, etc. The power supply has to provide current, a little bigger, than on what are calculated the reference and checked ampermeter.
3. High precision of graduation is provided by use of the measuring device for food of chains of variable and constant currents of UI300.1 type. Connect to it the ampermeter and using the instruction, mark the device.
