Any scientific or educational composition has complex internal structure. Irrespective of whether there is a speech about the simple paper, the final diploma or the scientific article, at work there are always an introduction, the conclusion and the main part broken into separate chapters. Quite often for pupils a serious problem is the question of how to entitle chapters in the work. That it was easier to cope with this task, it is possible to use the offered recommendations.
Instruction
1. It is not necessary to try to make completely names of heads at a development stage of the plan of work. Registration of a final version of the text will be more suitable time for this decision. In this case it is possible to formulate more precisely the head's heading according to its contents.
2. The name of the head has to reflect the main idea stated in this part of work, or the problem put in it. In scientific work it is necessary to avoid headings in the form of a question or a categorical statement. It is better to formulate the name in neutral tone, avoiding extreme estimates.
3. The style of heading of article has to correspond to the general style of the text. If work is written in strict language of science, you should not use colloquial expressions and the turns taken in journalism in titles. The excessive emotionality will also not look appropriate.
4. Even for very highly specialized scientific work the application of too long headings overloaded with special terms is not desirable. And for popular scientific works they are inadmissible at all. Such names are hard perceived when reading. Whenever possible the heading has to be compact, but memorable and clear for understanding.
5. Optional, but it is desirable that names of heads had in a certain way something in common with each other, forming the natural sequence. Ideally all headings of work have to be formulated in such a way that if to isolate them in the separate list without text of heads, on it it would be easy to present not only what is in this work about, but also what its logical structure.
