1. Prepare furnace charge. Take a certain amount of magnetite (iron ore) and mix it with the same amount of coke. Then mix this mix with limestone.

3. The iron as heavier material restored from magnetite, will fall down, and slag will rise upward. Magnetite is it is mixoxidesiron , and at the high temperature comparable with a temperature of melting of the iron and in interaction with carbon (coke), it will be restored to iron. Limestone connects the remains of breed and forms slag.
4. Take iron minium (trivalent oxide of iron) or any other oxide of iron and mix it with aluminum shaving. Then, place this mix in a crucible and carefully stamp.
5. After that, prepare incendiary mix. Take a little permanganate of potassium (potassium permanganate) and mix it with aluminum powder (serebryanka), it is possible to use magnesium powder.
6. Further, make small deepening in mix of iron minium with aluminum and fill in it incendiary structure. Then, put a crucible in a vessel with sand, place a magnesian tape in incendiary structure and set fire to it, keeping aloof.
7. After reaction which will be followed by flash and allocation of a huge amount of warmth pour out crucible contents on a plain surface and by means of a magnet collect the turned-out iron.
