1. Several times note time for which there is the same process. For example, for how many all employees of division carry out the same operation. Write down results.
2. For convenience of calculations translate the received result in seconds. Do not forget that time is estimated not in decimal, and in a six-decimal system.
3. Divide the received result into the number of the workers who were carrying out this operation. It will also be average time. For determination of norms usually use this method. At the same time it is possible to calculate the average time necessary for performance of this task for workers of a certain qualification.
4. Tasks a little other sort, but too on calculation of average time quite often occur in school textbooks by mathematics. For example, when the worker carries out several different operations during the working day, it is necessary to consider how many on average time it spends for everyone. 6. When using of the program it is not obligatory to change time in smaller units at all. The program allows to operate with a formula Hh.mm.ss. Enter data in the table, it is the best of all in the cells located in one column or in one line. Allocate the cell which is under numbers if they are written down in a column, or on the right.
7. Find in the top menu main tab, and in it - "Editing". In the option "Sum" choose "Average value".
8. It can turn out and so that the total amount of time intervals will be more than 24 hours. In this case it is necessary to change a format of a total cell. It becomes through the top menu. Find "Format tab", and in it - "Cells"". Find consistently the options "Number" and "Time" and expose 37:30:55.
