How to find inductive resistance

During the work with the devices supplied with generators often it is necessary to determine the size of inductive resistance. The paramount reason for that, certainly, breakage, but it is necessary to look for size and in case you decide to connect any additional device.

Instruction

1. Inductive resistance of X (L) is formed as a result of change of the EMF (electromotive force) of a self-induction in a separate element of an electrical circuit. So, towards the accruing current from the generator the coil self-induction current which is formed under the influence of change as him, and its magnetic field goes. These two forces interact and counteract each other. Inductive resistance - is also this counteraction of currents of a self-induction of the coil and generator.

2. At a constant tension inductive resistance is also equal in the coil (i.e. when w is equal to 0) to 0. At alternating current of the coil of inductance create to it reactive resistance, using for education both filters, and the memorable elements, and in each case for creation of a certain counteraction and transformation of electric signals of the coil select individually.

3. To overcome this resistance, energy of alternating current of the generator leaves partially. This energy also turns after transformation completely into energy of magnetic field of the coil. At reduction of current of the generator on the coil the magnetic field will similarly decrease, at the same time making induction. After that currents - a self-induction and decreasing - from the generator will unidirectionally go. Tension which the generator applies to the coil advances an electric power stream by a certain corner which size directly depends on active and inductive resistance, but never exceeds a corner in 90 degrees.

4. Inductive resistance is always reactive, it does not cause energy loss irrevocably since the power stream which was spent by the generator for suppression of opposite directed action of current of a self-induction of the coil without loss returns to an electrical circuit as energy of a current.

5. Level of inductive resistance directly depends on the size of inductance of L, the frequency of the current of W and its frequency of f proceeding in an electrical circuit and is expressed in Ohms. This interrelation is expressed as a formula as follows: X (L) = w L = 2P f L where is P the size equal 3.1415... As X (L) is in direct dependence on f, it has the increasing value at increase in this indicator, unlike the capacitance having inverse relation from f.
