How to increase the efficiency of the heat engine

The useful work performed by any thermal car is equal to the relation of a difference of the warmth received by the heater and the fridge to the warmth received by the heater. In the ideal thermal car with the maximum efficiency (Carnot's cycle), it is equal to the relation of a difference of temperatures of the heater and fridge to heater temperature.

1. Carry the gas turbine and the internal combustion engine (ICE) to the most popular heat engines. To increase turbine efficiency, increase temperature of the heater and reduce fridge temperature. For this purpose find such tilt angle of shovels at which the most part of energy of gas will be transferred to them, turning into mechanical. Then gas temperature in the fridge will decrease. It is practically rather difficult to make it, today the best technical institutes deal with this problem. Therefore do rough control, finding a corner at which the turbine in gas flow has the largest frequency of rotation.

2. Sort a casing of the turbine and an ochistta of its blade and a shaft from pollution which appears on them as a result of passing of a powerful gas stream. After that grease fastenings of the turbine, in case of need replace bearings on a shaft. It will help to reduce considerably friction force and will increase device efficiency.

3. To increase turbine efficiency, increase temperature of the gas moving on its blade. At the same time you watch that the turbine was constantly cooled, that is fridge temperature considerably did not increase. At such way of increase in efficiency, shovels of the turbine can quickly fail.

4. Increase DVS efficiency, using quality fuel, for example, gasoline with high octane number. At its combustion the bigger amount of heat is allocated that at equal temperatures of the fridge leads to the fact that the efficiency of the engine increases. For reduction of losses by friction and inertness of piston group, install shod pistons which easier and less by the sizes. They maintain more high temperatures that will allow to force the engine, having finished nozzles for fuel injection. Formation of the engine will lead to increase in fuel consumption with simultaneous increase in power therefore efficiency in this case will not increase. For increase in efficiency of DVS in due time replace engine oil, reducing friction between motor details.
