How to issue a research

How to issue a research

There are rather strict requirements to registration of researches regardless of the sphere of scientific activity, whether it be the physicist of elementary particles, anthropology or psychoanalysis. The main sections which have to be lit in work will be identical or very similar.

Instruction

1. At first issue the title page according to requirements of that scientific institution in which the research is conducted. Usually from above the full name of establishment with alignment on the center is written. Approximately in the middle of the page write the name of work as bold print in an upper case. Having made a space on 2-3 intervals, write type of scientific work (course, degree, etc.), the surname and initials if it is necessary, enter the name and a rank of the research supervisor. This block is aligned to the right of the page. At the very bottom of a leaf write the place and year of carrying out a research through a comma with alignment on the center.

2. The table of contents has to be the following block in scientific work. Issue it the multilevel list with a space for subtitles. Such words as "section", the paragraph" and so forth are not written in the table of contents. Leave registration of this part of work on the end when all text with applications is already imposed. So you will be able precisely to specify numbering of pages.

3. Then write small introduction in which prove relevance of the problem put in a research. In brief describe the hypotheses checked in your research. The volume of this section usually should not exceed two pages.

4. Further issue a theoretical part in which describe the existing views of a problem and ways of its decision as directly in your field of knowledge, and in related subjects. Prove why the available knowledge is insufficient, contradictory or inexact and what your view of a solution. Justification of the hypotheses checked in your research is usually given in this section.

5. Now start registration of actually empirical part of a research. At first specify the purpose and research problems, allocate an object and an object of research, in detail describe empirical and statistical hypotheses. Then prove methods and techniques by means of which the research, without their detailed description was conducted. The following step describe collected data, in detail analyze them in terms of research hypotheses, specify if necessary the mathematical criteria of reliability used by you for the checked hypotheses. Ideally not all hypotheses made by you have to be confirmed since otherwise it is possible to assume that they were obvious. Having analyzed the obtained data, draw conclusions and forecasts.

6. Write the small conclusion in which try to explain why any given hypothesis was not confirmed, make the assumption of prospects of a further research. This part of work usually does not exceed one page.

7. In conclusion of a research issue all applications. In applications all "raw materials", i.e. the raw data on a research, tables are taken out, schedules, detailed and exact descriptions of techniques of a research, samples of collected empirical data, etc. are provided.
