Conducting glue is suitable for the connection providing electric contact between details. It is applied if soldering is impossible or undesirable. For example, when it is necessary to connect the details which are afraid of heating. Such glue is applied also to restoration of conducting paths in calculators, the electronic clock and other tiny devices. It can be used for gluing of electric contacts to aluminum which, as we know, is badly soldered. It is difficult to buy such glue in shop therefore it is better to make it most.

- - tsapon-varnish;
- - BF glue;
- - nitrocellulose glue;
- - superglue;
- - graphite;
- - aluminum powder;
- - porcelain or glass cup;
- - metal or glass spoon or stick;
- - flat-nose pliers;
- - metal mortar with a pestle;
- - file.
Instruction
1. Make graphitic powder. For this purpose it is possible to use slate pencils from simple pencils 2M-4M. It is possible to rub a slate pencil by means of a file or to grind in a metal mortar. Graphitic powder can be received also from electrodes from batteries. The truth it turns out more rough.
2. Stir graphitic powder with tsapon-varnish or with glue ("BF" or nitrocellulose) to a condition of dense sour cream. You store the received weight in the bottle which is densely closed a glass stopper. Glue can be applied to restoration of the damaged paths of printed circuit wiring and instead of soldering for connection of details. It is possible to apply glue on paths with a drawing pen. Graphite in this mix can be replaced with aluminum powder (white aluminum powder). Before causing structure of a zone of connection have to be carefully cleaned from pollution, oxides and are fat-free. Otherwise glue will not stick.
3. Conducting glue can be made and in a different way. Take a new tube of superglue and without unscrewing a stopper, open it from a bottom side. Fill up in a tube graphite powder in the volume approximately equal to glue volume. Mix glue with powder a glass stick or a wooden toothpick. At the same time graphite is dissolved in glue. Again wrap the lower part of a tube and well clamp edge of a passatizhama. It is possible to use such glue in the usual way, having turned off a stopper.
4. The conducting structure can be made also on the basis of epoxy resin. As conducting substance use in this case aluminum powder. Knead pitch with aluminum powder to a condition of stiff dough. This structure can be kept wrapped in a foil or packed into a glass jar with a cover until application. Just before application mix the prepared structure with necessary amount of hardener.
